Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and [VendrList LLC] (“VendrList”, “we”) for using vendrlist.com and its apps. By using VendrList you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Who can use VendrList

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Vendors must be real businesses or independent professionals who offer the services they list.

3. Accounts

Keep your sign-in methods secure and your information accurate. You’re responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.

4. VendrList is a marketplace

VendrList helps couples and vendors find each other and talk. Bookings, contracts and payments are between the couple and the vendor. We aren’t a party to them and don’t guarantee any vendor’s work, availability or prices. Availability comes from vendors’ calendars and may be out of date; confirm details with the vendor before booking.

5. Vendor responsibilities

  • Keep your packages, prices, photos, cities served and availability accurate and current.
  • Only upload photos and documents you have the right to use.
  • Reply to couples professionally and don’t use their information for anything other than their inquiry.

6. Reviews

  • Reviews must describe your own real experience as a client. No fake reviews, reviews of your own business or competitors, or reviews written for pay, discounts or gifts.
  • Vendors may invite past clients to review them but may not offer anything in return or ask only happy clients.
  • Every review publishes. Vendors can reply once publicly. Anyone can report a review; we remove reviews that break these rules.

7. Text message terms

Program: VendrList Vendor Alerts. Vendors who opt in receive text messages when a new inquiry arrives, and occasional account notices.

  • How to opt in: enter your mobile number and check “Text me when a new inquiry arrives” while setting up your page or in Settings. You’ll get a confirmation text.
  • Frequency: varies with how many inquiries you receive; up to 20 a month on the free plan.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply. VendrList does not charge for these texts on the free plan.
  • Opt out: reply STOP to any message, or turn off texts in Settings. You’ll get one confirmation and no further texts.
  • Help: reply HELP, or email help@vendrlist.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Consent to texts is not required to use VendrList. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number; we never share it for marketing.

Example confirmation: “VendrList: You’ll get a text when a new inquiry arrives, up to 20/mo on the free plan. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”

8. Fees

Listing, inquiries, messaging and calendar sync are free. Some features, such as text alerts beyond the free allowance, may become part of paid plans. We’ll tell you before anything you use starts costing money, and you’ll never be charged without agreeing first.

9. Your content

You own what you post. You give VendrList a license to host, display and share it on VendrList and in promoting VendrList (for example, showing a vendor’s page in search) while it’s on the service.

10. Things you can’t do

  • Post false, misleading or infringing content, or impersonate anyone.
  • Spam, harass or contact people for purposes unrelated to their inquiry.
  • Scrape, copy or resell VendrList data, or interfere with the service.

11. Ending your account

You can delete your account any time. We may suspend or remove accounts or content that break these terms, after notice where reasonable.

12. Disclaimers and liability

VendrList is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for anything between couples and vendors. Our total liability is limited to $100 or what you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is more.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in [Utah County], Utah, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

14. Changes

We’ll update the date above when these terms change and email account holders about meaningful changes before they take effect.
